30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your Trust-Tee purchase. Unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product purchase price.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original Shipping Charges: Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except when the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders: Please contact us as soon as possible at trustteeproducts@gmail.com with your order information and, when applicable, photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem.

Refunds: Once an eligible return is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
